All purchases are shipped via UPS. Arkwear currently only ships to addresses within the United States.

We have various shipping methods and costs depending on the urgency of your order. Shipping costs for orders placed with an expedited shipping method will be calculated at the time of checkout. Orders over $100.00 (not including tax) qualify for free ground shipping via UPS. There is no free shipping to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Please note UPS does not ship to PO boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

In order for your shipment to be processed, you must email us before shipping with the following information for the item(s) you are returning: order number, quantity, style number, animal, size and color.

Included with each purchase is a prepaid UPS return shipping label. If you use the UPS prepaid label to return your item(s), the refund will be in an amount equal to the purchase price paid for the products less the shipping costs.

The UPS prepaid return label is optional. You are free to use another return service at your discretion. We recommend you insure the package and that you use a service that you can track.
