RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All exchanges are processed via email. You must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information for the item(s) you are returning: order number, quantity, style number, animal, size and color. Please then specify the item(s) you would like in exchange and the reason for the exchange. The exchange will be processed once the return is received. If your requested item is unavailable, you will receive a refund as per the Return Policy.
Arkwear accepts returns of unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise with original tags attached within 14 days of your order. All products must be returned in the original packaging and with all related accessories included.
You must email us prior to shipping at email@example.com with the following information for the item(s) you are returning: order number, quantity, style number, animal, size and color. Please also let us know why you are returning the item(s) to help us improve!
Refunds will be applied according to the original payment method received. The refund will be in an amount equal to the purchase price paid for the products less shipping costs.
All clearance and sale merchandise is final sale; no returns or exchanges are accepted.
In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense.
If your return does not meet the complete terms of the Return Policy, the return will be denied.
